I used to have intolerance towards coffee, i.e. I will get nausea whenever I consume caffeine. Slowly, I started drinking green tea at 1 tea bag a day until they graciously lost their effectiveness to keep me alert. So I had to move on to coffee and I am like a coffee addict now. I love the productivity and focus within myself after consuming caffeine.
Coffee date with the boy on a Sunday evening. Did some reading and sat leisurely. That's a good Sunday. I know I am someone who worries a lot about being unproductive. I always push things at the beginning. At the same time, I lose my passion halfway through. In malay, they call it hangat hangat tahi ayam. That's a bad habit that I need to change.
Definitely, I need to learn to relax and take things easy.
