April Monthly Post

I was so excited about going to Nepal in March that I haven't have the same feeling on travels for the longest time ever. The funniest joke came. A Turkish aircraft skidded off the runway and that is the one and only runway in Kathmandu airport. It took them 3 days to remove the aircraft. By then I have decided to go back to work. We traveled to the airport for 2 days to find out that we are unable to fly. Eventually, 6 of them flew to Osaka and the other 5 of them flew to Cambodia. 2 of us went back to work. Initially, I had a tinge of disappointment lingering within me. After a few more days, I actually felt proud of myself that I have grown up to put thoughts into making decision.

I also picked up a new project at work. Had a lot of frustrations on how to work things around because everything was so disorganized. Over these 2 weeks, I have learnt to go with the flow and practise my best.

I am turning 25 this year. I have also became calmer from my already calm self. There are a lot more things that I would like to achieve in life, not only on materials, not only on experiences, but also on my behavior and attitude towards events, people, etc.

A lot of us are progressing in life and I am truly happy for all these people.

As for myself, I am glad to find out very recently that I am trusted to deliver and to grow. One of our ex-leaders in the organization once said, be your best at everything you do, when the opportunity comes, grab it. It is undeniably practical and true. The chance might not be mine at this point of my career. But at least, I know my self worth. I am not upset. I will continue to put my best effort into everything I do. Thank you for those who have faith in my.

Let's all continue to make ourselves a better person each day x
