December Reflection

After 1 full year, I didn't even finish posting all the pictures on different stops I had in my Europe trip. That's how weak my determination is! It's time for a change. For 2014, I swear to keep track on everything I do and make plans.

2013 has been a learning year for me. However, I have always felt that I have not grown enough. There are always people outside there to help me and kindly give me a hand to complete my tasks. A BIG round of applause for all your loves.

At the beginning of this year, I moved on to my proper rotation where I am supposed to perform. There were ups and downs, not knowing what to do, rejections, objections, meetings and more meetings. I tried my best but the outcome wasn't what I have wished for. Over the years, I have also trained myself to not get stressed out. In life, we can only do our best and the rest we will have to leave them to others.

In the second half of this year, I moved on to my second rotation where things are meant to be less serious and more fun. Frequently commented on my time management. I guess being able to manage your timeline and stick to it are key things to succeed and build trust. I learned lots on relationship management and to be easy going with everyone around. Also, presentation flow has to be convincing when you sell the idea. Being able to convince others will definitely bring you to a higher level in your career. So much more to learn on this!

I have also taken up swimming. Like finally, I know. After finishing the swimming classes, I try to stick to a schedule to exercise at least 3 times a week and I am proud to say I have been very disciplined! I am on my tennis classes now. So those are two new things I have learned this year and am very glad that I am able to tick this off my list.

Throughout the year, I have also attended classes like latte art class, wealth expo and chart reading classes. The downside of learning so many things is that I have not been able to keep up with all the knowledge I have learned and practise them constantly.

Weekends and holidays are always filled with activities. I went for cycling, marathon, and there are all sorts of nonsense I have done throughout the year. So in my 14 days off, I choose to sit down and reflect, most importantly, catch up and plan for the year ahead.

So, breathe and fingers crossed for an even better year ahead!
