Healthy Saturday [Activity]

This year, the plan is to be healthier. However, after this cycling trip, I have not done any exercise for 2 weeks. OMG. Back to the unhealthy me. Better get back on track. Weather has been really hot and workload is getting heavier. Luckily, the drink made with secret recipe is helping me to survive besides salvaging my dry eyes. 

We did it finally and made it to Taman Botani Shah Alam for the cycling trip. Arrived earlier than 830 and there were already people waiting there. Went in and queued for our bikes. This lady who sold the bike actually told us that one bike is at RM10 per hour. We weren't going to give in so the boys went to have their breakfast. Soon after the breakfast, we got the bike at lower price when she told us they ran out of bikes. What a cheat!

Had our fun time sweating and struggling to go up the hill. Burnt off so many calories. Actually woke up yesterday and weighed myself at 46kilos. But nah. That's not true 'cos it's early in the morning and probably didn't read the scale properly. 


After exercising, it's time to add back the fats. LoL. Favourite yoyoice! with Fried Chicken. To prevent the disguise of seeing a lump of oily things, let's not see the chicken. heh
